To ensure that you are able to manage the call seamlessly and consistently with your colleagues, there are a couple of requirements as part of your set-up.
Ensure that the area that you are holding your video consultations is quiet and somewhere you are unlikely to be interrupted. It is also recommended that you hold the calls on a blank backdrop to prevent any distractions for the patient during the call.
It is recommended that you use 2 screens to manage your video consultations. One for ClinicianPack and one for the clinical system.
The platform has been optimised and tested to work within Google Chrome.
Camera and Microphone
You need to ensure that your camera and microphone are enabled on the web app.
