Patients are able to request their repeat medications and also add custom medications.
1. Click Prescription Requests
2. Find the request you want to Process/Reject (defaults to most recent) or use the Search Prescription Log Sets search bar
3. Click Process/Reject to see more details and to approve the request
4. If you want to process the prescription once you have sent the request in EMIS/SystmOne you can click Process.
Note:
If the request is rejected the patient receives this message:
Some of your medication requests have been rejected by your practice.
To find out which ones were rejected please sign in to the app for further information.
