- An "Admin" user has the ability to add and amend the "administrators" list in the admin portal.
- Surgery Staff
- A "surgery staff" user can see all the sections in the admin portal apart from adding and amending the "administrators" list.
- Prescription only
- Has access to the prescriptions and support sections.
Add a new admin
- Navigate to Administrators page from the left menu.
- Click New administrator.
- Fill in the details in the form.
- Click Create administrator.
When you add a new user they will receive an email asking them to set up their password and complete their account. They can follow the instructions here.
